    Domestic Violence Advice

I have just read a blog by Sanjay Shah; who is a Professional Speaker, Executive Coach , and Emotional Intelligence Expert,

which describes how the rain can cause frustration and cause us to be late or such in traffic:

For me I actually love the rain it reminds me of being a child and playing in the rain and and having such fun…why is it some of us forget all the fun simple things in life that actually dont cost us anything, its a gentle reminder for me to take a step back out of busy schedules and reflex on all the opportunities in life and to appreciate them

Life often gets so hectic around us, and not just around us but with ourselves stuck very firmly in the middle…Sanjay is right in suggesting we try to focus on what is indeed within our control, that is something I am on board with and often explore with clients the things within and external to their control. How refreshing it is to see clients focus on those things and let go of the things they cannot control…its almost as if a weight is removed from their shoulders.

It is important for us all to remember or factor in to take time out and relax and to keep ourselves healthly both emotionally and physically, it is all too easy to become immersed in life’s roller coaster…
